1. Free Delivery
We offer free delivery across India on all orders.
2. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days from the date of order and/or payment, unless otherwise agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are subject to courier company/post office norms. Silver Lined Co. shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier/postal authority.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your garment.
To be eligible for exchange, the garment must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags intact.
Exchange courier charges must be borne by the buyer.

Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, your exchange will be processed.
